Yes. Please note that there is a local delivery and installation fee of $35. Locations outside of Calgary will incur an additional cost.

As every event and decoration is unique, the price will vary based on the size and complexity of your project. We also take care to source only the best supplies to bring an unforgettable “wow” factor to your event. Prices for basic bouquets, bunches, and jumbo balloons are available on our store. For custom designs or larger events, please contact us and we will be in touch.
For latex balloons, you can expect a lifespan of 12 hours to a few days. Foil/mylar balloons last about a week to several weeks, depending on the conditions and treatment used. If you need your balloons to last a specific duration, we are happy to discuss options.
To ensure you have access to a wide range of options, we recommend booking as soon as your event is confirmed. During busy seasons, such as holidays or weekends, we may be booked to capacity months in advance.

We offer biodegradable latex balloons as an eco-friendly option. Our foil balloons can be deflated and reused.
Canceling an order makes us very sad! However, we do understand that your circumstances may change and that you may need to cancel your order.
If you cancel WITHIN (less than) 30 DAYS OF DELIVERY/INSTALL/EVENT DATE: If you need to cancel your order and the scheduled delivery is less than 30 calendar days from the date of your cancellation request, we cannot provide a refund. Our design team orders balloons the day your order is placed. At times, this can be WEEKS before your event date. We also begin to build or prep for orders 2-7 days in advance, and we may have already purchased balloons specifically for you or already completed your arrangement. You may reschedule and move your delivery date with no additional fees if you provide 1 week's notice to Up Balloons in writing (via email).
If you cancel 30 DAYS OR MORE OF DELIVERY/INSTALL/EVENT DATE: If you need to cancel your order and the scheduled delivery is more than 30 calendar days from the date of your cancellation request, you will be provided a partial CREDIT ON FILE of 50%. Why 50%? We have processes and procedures in place to ensure that we order supplies for your event and have the labor to process your order. Typically, supplies are ordered the day that your order is placed and once we're at capacity, we turn away other business to accommodate your event. As a small business, we count on this income and appreciate your cooperation and understanding.
Because our products are made to order and include delivery, we cannot offer a refund on any of our products. All sales are final once delivered to you or your recipient. If you need to cancel your order, please see our cancellation policy for specific details.
